At Aridian Consulting, we are a neurodivergent think tank operating entirely unconstrained by societal norms. We don’t apply corporate bandaids to broken systems; we hunt for root causes and rebuild from the ground up. We rethink and reshape challenges across any market, deliberately stepping beyond the boundaries of traditional expertise—because the unknown is where true innovation lives.
We view neurodiversity not as an exception, but as the natural baseline of human cognition. The modern world was engineered around one highly rigid way of thinking, systematically ensuring that countless brilliant minds never get the chance to thrive. When society talks about "inclusion," it usually means offering a bandaid so we can survive in a structure we were never designed for. We aren't interested in being assimilated into broken frameworks. We want to completely redesign the environment to fit all minds—neurodivergent and neurotypical alike.
Through this uncompromised lens, we envision a collaborative, AI-augmented, and quantum-secure future that actually remembers its humanity. By fusing high-functioning compassion with scalable innovation, we empower institutions to build ecosystems where shared power, emotional safety, and visionary technology thrive together.

The bigger picture
The Seed of a New Digital Existence
Aridian Consulting is not just a consultancy; it is the seed of a much larger blueprint. As the technological landscape rapidly evolves, we are dedicated to finding the proper, ethical integration of any emerging technology on the rise. But consulting is only step one.
For the past two years, our founder has architected an expansive, interconnected vision behind the scenes: ”Aridian” a ethical, European-led Life Operating System. Developing this framework has not been easy. Systems designed to maintain the status quo actively resist paradigm-shifting change. Because of the deeply disruptive nature of the Aridian vision, we have faced intense pushback, isolation, and systemic friction from those heavily invested in keeping things exactly the way they are. They tried to bury the work.
But the blueprint endures.
This vision consists of dozens of separate ecosystem parts, seamlessly binding together into a framework for how our digital existence should actually function. It touches upon every pillar of society—economics, education, healthcare, law, and governance. We have identified the critical need for new treaties and reforms between Big Tech and government, and we believe the European Union is the only viable launchpad to scale this ethically. Driven by compassion, care, safety, and ultimate accountability, we are laying the groundwork to ensure the world we leave behind is fundamentally better.

Meet the Founder
Haraldur Gunnarsson
I am highly neurodivergent, navigating the world with ADHD and autistic traits. I am a bit rough around the edges, and I definitely do not have the traditional resume to support my skills. That is because everything I do, and everything I know, was learned internally—far outside the traditional boxes of a society where I never quite fit in.
My intellectual journey started long before the pushback against Aridian began. Seven years ago, when my first child was born, I had a profound realization: the greatest thing I had to offer her was my mind and my ability to envision a better world for her to live in. Since that day, I have been absolutely obsessed with changing the world—not just for my own children, but for all generations to come.
My neurodivergence is the exact lens that allowed me to architect the Aridian blueprint. I see the root problems others miss, and I design the systems others can't imagine. Is it ambitious to want to reshape the digital existence of humanity? Yes. But why not? There are already plenty of people ambitious enough to keep the status quo exactly as it is just to control, extract, and exploit.
I am using my ambition to build a system that actually protects and empowers us.
